Return Policy

At Step2Pro, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at admin@step2pro.ch with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or washed
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
