Sizing and Fit
Different items have different sizing (S= Small, M= Medium, L= Large, XL= Extra Large). We recommend you review the sizing chart for the right size.
Shipping
Regular orders are shipped within 5-10 business days.
Tracking and a shipping confirmation email will be sent out with a tracking number.
Returns / Exchanges
Yes we do - Please send us an email (admin@step2pro.ch) and we will send you the steps to follow.
Please note: SALE ITEMS can not be exchanged or returned.
